I understand you are feeling bad about the ending, and I am sorry about that. It is the end that the game was asking to us. It is the unavoidable and realistic consequences of being a giant octopus in a human city.
I am confirming the actual build is not working in Brave browser… The build is made with “Data Caching” activate and this causes a bug in high privacy settings browsers. As an alternative I made a Windows build:
